Community of the Visitation Spirit

We are in the planning stages of forming a community of women: the Daughters of St. Jane de Chantal.

These are women who live the Spirit of the Visitation order – as laywomen – married, divorced, single or widowed.

They are women:

… who yearn for holiness

… who want to be fully HIS – and make their emptiness fruitful

… who are living the Spirituality of the Cloistered Heart

… who feel led by the words of St. Francis de Sales

… who feel drawn to a contemplative life

… who are able and willing to live spiritual friendship

… who aim to live a hidden life

… who adapt the Spiritual Directory of the Visitation Order as their Rule of Life

Charisma of the Daughters of St. Jane de Chantal

Spiritual Motherhood – to those who are seeking holiness.
Loving presence to those who are lonely, forgotten and re-uniting them with the presence of God.
Creating “the kingdom of God” by living out little virtues. Becoming Love in the presence of God and others. LIVE JESUS.
Becoming a Daughter of St. Jane de Chantal
